Substitute Teacher's
Calendar of Special Days
It helps to keep a calendar of special holidays and days in preparing for the
week ahead. As an example if you are subbing the first week in March be
prepared with a Dr. Seuss book, tape, or activity for Read Across America.
It helps to acquire a library of books, tapes, CDs etc to use.
